Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung unserer AI & Data-Entwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen robuste Produkte werden. Du übersetzt Kundenbedarfe in klare Roadmaps, befähigst das Team und verantwortest eine verlässliche, qualitativ starke Delivery.

Im Fokus deiner Tätigkeit stehen folgende Aufgaben:

End-to-end Ownership von AI- und Data-Lösungen von Anforderung, Architektur, MVP bis Rollout
Sparring mit Kunden: Aufnahme, Schärfung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen
Aufwandsschätzungen, Machbarkeitsanalysen und Ressourcenplanung
Technical Lead im Team: Leiten von Reviews, Mentoring der ML- und Data Engineers, Einführung und Sicherstellung von Engineering-Standards sowie Qualitätssicherung
Architekturentscheidungen für skalierbare Services & APIs
MLOps & CI/CD aufsetzen und optimieren
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner, Head of Operations und CEO

Dein Profil

5 + Jahre Berufserfahrung in Software- oder Data-Engineering
Exzellente Kenntnisse in Python, ML-Frameworks (Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) und API-Entwicklung
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS oder GCP) und Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes)
Verständnis für MLOps, CI/CD und Softwarearchitektur
Erfahrung in technischer Projektleitung, Mentoring-Mindset und Hands-on-Mentalität
Strukturierte, ruhige Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
Erfahrung mit LLM-Integrationen (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG)
Know-how in Microservices oder SaaS-Architekturen
Kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

You take over the technical management of our AI & Data development and ensure that requirements become robust products. You translate customer needs into clear roadmaps, empower the team and are responsible for reliable, high-quality delivery.

Your work will focus on the following tasks:

End-to-end ownership of AI and data solutions from requirements, architecture, MVP to rollout
Sparring with customers: Recording, sharpening and prioritizing requirements
Effort estimates, feasibility analyses and resource planning
Technical lead in the team: Leading reviews, mentoring ML and data engineers, introducing and ensuring engineering standards and quality assurance
Architecture decisions for scalable services & APIs
Setting up and optimizing MLOps & CI/CD
Close cooperation with Product Owner, Head of Operations and CEO

Your profile

5+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
Excellent knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (Pytorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and API development
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD and software architecture
Experience in technical project management, Mentoring mindset and hands-on mentality
Structured, calm way of working and high quality standards
Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG)
Know-how in microservices or SaaS architectures
Strong communication skills in written and spoken German and English
